ANDREW NAYSMITH is an award-winning filmmaker and freelance producer. Since graduating from the Art Institute of Vancouver, he has worked on six continents capturing pictures, producing films and documenting stories. He attended the Gulf Island Film and Television School’s Independent Media Producer’s Program where he now mentors students and is also an Apple certified Final Cut Pro editor; a credential he received from The Edit Center in New York.
Andrew’s work has been featured with the National Film Board of Canada (NFB), the Canadian Broadcasting Company (CBC), Outdoor Life Network (OLN), Discovery Channel, Wall Street Journal as well as several international film festivals. Andrew founded Oak Bay Johnny Productions in 2004 and currently lives with his wife and son in Victoria, British Columbia. TideLines is his first feature-length documentary.
